Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Kinabalu Park World Heritage Site   has an average customer care rating of 4.20 (out of a possible 5). The scores for each parameter are:

Is the tour guide allowed to alternate as a relief driver? Half way on our descend from Mt. Kinabalu, the guide took over the driver seat and it was raining heavily.He was driving at about 110km/hr. In my opinion, safety was compromise if the guide is not an experienced driver for such a terrain.
