Children age is 12 years old and below, stay free of charge when staying with parent in existing room.

Other Disclosures:
- There is no reception counter at the villa and the advance booking is required.
- Please call us at +6088 438300 for any booking made at least 3 days prior to existing booking date.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people only. Additional person with prior approval from the management will be charged at RM 30 per person (without bedding) and RM 50 per person with bedding.
- There is no daily linen change/housekeeping service. For long stay of at least one week, one time complementary housekeeping service and linen change is included.
- Cancellation within 30 days from arrival date: 50% forfeiture of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellation within 14 days from arrival date: 100% forfeiture of the total accommodation cost.
- Any NO SHOW or day not used due to premature departure: Full Charge / No Refund
