For a late check-out to 18:00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies and is subject to availability on the day. For check-out after 18:00 hours one full night rate applies.

Scheduled Boat Transfer
Arrival and Departure Deluxe Speed Boat Island Transfers from/to Jesselton Point Wharf is included in nightly room rate. Arrival and Departures to mainland during stay using scheduled boat service is at no charge. However, a small terminal fee will be added to guest’s final invoice.
- Cancellation within 30 days from arrival date: 50% forfeiture of the total accommodation cost.
- Cancellation within 14 days from arrival date: 100% forfeiture of the total accommodation cost.
