Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation within 30 days from arrival date: 50% forfeiture of the total cost.
  • Cancellation within 14 days from arrival date: 100% forfeiture of the total cost.
  • Any NO SHOW or day not used due to premature departure: Full Charge / No Refund

 

 

Children policy

Children from 3 -12 years old receive 50% of the adult price.

Please ensure that your flight ticket and important identification document for any flight is with you.

Kindly be ready at the hotel lobby ahead from the confirmed time. Since this transfer is based on join in, we will coordinate the pick-up time according to guest's hotel location and traffic peak hours.

Do call our reservation staff at 088 - 438300 should there be any last minute changes to your flight / request for early departure etc.

To ensure your own safety, you are advised to wear the safety belts at all times during transfer.
